Tresa Stephens has joined Parametrix as Head of US Underwriting, strengthening the company’s cyber underwriting leadership as it continues to expand its U.S. business.

Stephens brings more than 15 years of experience across cyber, technology, media E&O, and professional lines insurance, with deep expertise in underwriting strategy, product development, portfolio management, coverage architecture, and building the operational frameworks required to scale specialty insurance portfolios. Most recently, Stephens served as Head of Cyber, Tech & Media – North America at Allianz Commercial, and has also held senior roles at Argo Group, Chubb, and Hiscox, giving her extensive experience across both underwriting execution and portfolio leadership.

At Parametrix, Stephens will lead US underwriting while also supporting the company’s broader product strategy and development. Her appointment comes as Parametrix continues to grow its cyber/tech underwriting capabilities and expand solutions addressing increasingly complex technology dependencies and emerging digital infrastructure exposures.
