Parametrix Appoints Kerri Colwell as Director of Digital Infrastructure Practice

January 13, 2026

Parametrix has hired  Kerri Colwell as Director of Digital Infrastructure Practice. In this role, Colwell will lead go-to-market efforts for data center investors, owner-operators, and asset managers, supporting high-value transactions and expanding adoption of Parametrix’s SLA insurance solutions across the US, Europe, and APAC. The appointment follows Parametrix’s recent Series B funding round, which is accelerating the company’s expansion into digital infrastructure, including data centers.

Prior to joining Parametrix, Kerri spent 11 years at Citizens Bank, where she served as Senior Vice President of Institutional Real Estate and was responsible for corporate lending origination, structuring, and underwriting for real estate and digital infrastructure clients. She has also spent more than six years in venture capital, sourcing and investing in technology companies. With more than 25 years of experience in banking and capital markets focused on real estate, technology and infrastructure, Kerri brings deep expertise in how financing, valuation, and risk intersect across large-scale digital infrastructure assets.

Colwell joins the team as AI-driven demand accelerates pressure on data center performance, uptime, and financial predictability. Unlike other real estate asset classes, data centers face direct valuation and financing exposure from SLA performance risk, a gap traditional insurance products were not designed to address.

Parametrix’s SLA Insurance is purpose-built to help data center stakeholders to stabilize cash flows, protect NOI, and support transactions and refinancing. Launched in 2025, the solution is increasingly used as a financial risk-management tool across large-scale data center portfolios.

“Kerri brings deep market credibility and financial expertise at a time when SLA performance is becoming directly tied to valuation and financing outcomes,” said Jonathan Hatzor, Co-Founder and CEO of Parametrix. “Her leadership will be critical as we scale our work with data center stakeholders globally.”

Colwell added: “Data centers have become one of the most important asset classes in the world, yet the financial risks tied to performance and availability remain poorly addressed. Parametrix offers a differentiated solution that directly supports valuation and capital strategy, and I’m excited to lead its expansion into the market.”
